Join us for a group CrossFit class at CrossFit Sanitas. CrossFit has been a part of our relationship for several years now, giving us both time to spend together and a way to encourage each other towards individual achievement.

If you have no experience or done CrossFit before, don’t worry. It’ll be an accessible workout for everyone of every skill level.
